These delicious oysters use chef-formulated compound butter designed to deliver controlled heat and consistent flavor performance. Vacuum packed for maximum frozen shelf life.
Oysters are hand selected and frozen on the open half shell, leaving the
customer with product ready to grill upon thawing.
